The image attached is a larger and more extensive illustration of the planned bridge and roadway route. Note the "Property Access Road" shown for the Beazer property which was omitted in the NRPC handouts.
Residents of Damon Avenue are going to find it very difficult to get out onto Concord Street with this plan, and there is no other exit.
